I am writing to you today to compliment you on one outstanding individual you have working for you. I never had the fortune to meet Karen “Get’s it Done” Trujillo in person as I live in Georgia. I had an extremely bad experience with another realtor (not with Re-max). I was referred to Re-max of Pueblo West by my agent here in Georgia. What a perfect fit for my expectations. Ms. Trujillo not only met, but exceeded, beyond anyone I have ever dealt with, my expectations.

Ms. Trujillo was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. We ran into many road blocks with the sale of my home. She was able to overcome these in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction. I will forever remember her and if I ever move back to Colorado, I will be looking her up. Than you for having such an outstanding person on your team.
